To report a lost or stolen Visa Check Card or ATM card:
  • During normal business hours, call First Neodesha Bank at 620-325-2632 (M-F 8:30 – 4:00).
  • After normal business hours, please call 800-554-8969.

When you call these numbers, please be prepared to share:
  • Your name, as it appears on your card
  • The card issuing bank (First Neodesha Bank)
  • Your address:
    • For VISA Check Card or ATM card, this is the address on the account that is associated with the card
  • Your social security number
  • The account number on the card if available.

Transaction Account Guarantee Program

First Neodesha Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under the program, through December 31, 2010, all noninterest-bearing accounts, and all NOW accounts with interest rates of 0.25 percent or less, are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
